* Funds go to help needy families throughout Michigan and the U.S.
DETROIT, MI – Better Made Snack Foods recently took part in a Red Kettle Decorating Contest through the Salvation Army and will have it displayed inside the company’s Gratiot Avenue retail store lobby, 10148 Gratiot Avenue in Detroit, until January 31st to collect for those less fortunate in Michigan and the entire country.
“We’re all blessed to have an organization like The Salvation Army that helps so many people in so many situations here in Michigan and everywhere,” says Cathy Gusmano of Better Made. “When we were approached to decorate a kettle and put it in our store we were only to happy to help. It’s our hope that our customers will see the kettle and be extra generous. This program raises millions of dollars that are very much needed each year.”
